I love the Maestro platform. In my QA career, I've used a number of QA platforms (ICBM, LiveVox, NICE, Genesys, Google Sheets, etc.) and this is the one I like the most. There is a slight learning curve involved, but I think any truly good platform does, but it isn't steep. I was able to learn the platform in about 2 weeks. I love the dashboards, how they can be customized, and I love that you can customize them in a variety of ways. The ability to auto assign audits is wonderful and those assignments are highly customizable. I also really like the ability to view my QA teams productivity numbers. Finally, the support I have received from the Maestro team is second to none. Many vendors just want to get you on their platform and the support is non-existent post launch. However, Maestro wants their partners to be successful. They have weekly "Wednesday Wisdom" sessions where they show how different ways to use the platform and I have regular meetings w/ our rep, who's amazing!
