They didn't ask for this review--I was just so impressed that as a small business owner myself, I decided to leave one, lol.
When I first started using WebinarJam, their customer service was so-so. And when I had issues, things weren't resolved. I thought I canceled at the time of my last issue but apparently I hadn't. They had actually contacted me and apologized and explained that there was a big change recently and things would be better going forward.
Apparently I felt reassured enough that I agreed to try it for two more months. I forgot all about that though! But it's in the messages.
When the charge went through, I contacted them through the usual channels and they were so polite and friendly even though I was in the wrong this time (I hadn't canceled). They were quick to reply, quick to resolve the issue. And their emails were exactly what I would hope MY customer service would write. Informative, warm, to the point, but most importantly, offering immediate solutions.
