I bought an S24 Ultra on Swappa. My first purchase. It was listed as mint condition, although after reading the sellers comments, he said it was new in the box and never used, but Swappa would not let him list it as new as he had only opened the box to verify IMEI numbers matched. He also included a new Otterbox and screen protector.
When it arrived,UPS, it was nicely packaged and just as described by the seller. I have only had the phone for 2 days, but so far my Tmobile sim has worked fine, as have all the things I have been able to test on the phone so far.
This phone was bought from a private seller as opposed to some refurbishing place that sells thousands of phones. I don't know how much of a difference that makes. I know some sellers have mentioned problems with PayPal in releasing money in a timely fashion. It comes out of the buyer's PayPal account the second you push the icon to buy the phone.
