The Response from Gradelink Support was very detailed and clear and my issue was resolved

Every time I'm in a jam and can't figure out how to fix it, I email Gradelink for their support on our school issues. There has never been a time when they haven't helped us solve a situation. The staff is very knowledgeable, patient and understanding. I appreciate and thank them, Andy, Kate, Iyen and all the staff that have helped our school. I have learned so much from them. God Bless them.
