I am using the GoPro 13 Hero with my bike (gravel). Overall, I am very happy with the camera. I had one experience where the mounting of the handlebar broke with no apparent reason. I reported it, attached photos and described the event. The service was fast, efficient and fair. They replaced the broken part and recommended me on a different, more robust, part to purchase.

Had a Gopro hero 3 for a few years, forgot the wifi password. Emailed Tech in the morning within a couple of hours they'd sent a guide to reset and all now working. Thanks Ally P in support.

Solved my problem super fast and easy, even after my varanty ran out. Very helpfull team and a good company, can only recommend.
