Dotdigital's platform is top-notch, the product and the professionalism behind it really set them apart. On top of that, they've been an amazing partner. We've also collaborated on several events together and every one has been excellently run. Their partner dynamics are fantastic and you can tell they genuinely invest in the relationship. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

We migrated one of our retail brands' CRM platform 2 years ago (and subsequently 2 more of of brands). The platform is really user-friendly with great tools that constantly get updated too. Our account manager, Chris Ash, is really knowledgeable, agile and always accommodating, whether it be problem-solving or helping the team implement automations! He's an absolute pleasure to work with. We've also really valued their webinars & masterclasses, and engaging with dotdigital's other clients.
