She was incredibly helpful when we were looking at building out our team and adding additional numbers to support the growth of our business. Nothing felt rushed, even though there was clearly demand on the lines. She took the time to understand exactly what we needed and made sure everything was set up properly. What really stood out was her going the extra mile to secure an additional 0191 number for us. She even tested it before adding it to the account to make sure everything was spot on. Circle loop is the fourth business phone provider I’ve used and thankfully feels like the last. The set up of the trial and Account was effortless and the mobile and desktop apps are integrated brilliantly. The entire system has clearly been well thought of to create a seamless experience for the user. Really impressed with this service and all for a reasonable and fair cost. Can’t fault the service anywhere and I only imagine it will get better.
